The overall project included the development of more than 100 acres for a Tenant Parking Facility, Consolidated Rental Car Facility and Customer Service Building to service BWI.

Our firm provided landscape architectural services which included evaluating the entire site for:

• Reforestation
• Wildflower Seeding
• Ornamental Planting

The planting design included more the seven acres of reforestation and more than four acres of wildflower seeding.

Our firm prepared a complete construction document package for the landscape portion of the project, including:

• specifications and construction cost estimate
