Our firm was responsible for developing a planting plan for the site.

We were specifically directed to:

• utilize green space on the site to help mitigate for the expansive amount of paved area
• plant green space to create a visually pleasing entrance to the Maintenance Shop Facility that will direct visitors to appropriate parking and building entrance.

Of unique interest on this project was preparing the planting beds in areas that had been previously paved.

This required the development of a soils specification to include removing old paving and sub-base and replacing with soil suitable for planting.

Our firm worked with a team of designers in developing a full construction document package.
