The goal of the project was to revitalize the waterfront of North Beach.

Landscape architectural responsibilities included the design of the planted median buffer between the boardwalk and bike lane. Services included:

• client project initiation meeting
• site inventory and analysis
• program and conceptual design development
• presentation to the local government officials

Project management responsibilities included working with the Town in the development of the project in accordance with the Transportation Enhancement Program requirements. Services included:

• project design review
• preparation of bid package and project oversight during the advertisement
• bidding and award of the project
